MCLB; the New Safety Standard for Li-ion Battery

MCLB (Max Current Limited Battery)is a proprietary technology developed by U&S Energy Inc. that greatly reduces the risk of fire and explosion that can occur when a battery short-circuits. The technology combines electrochemical and physical disconnect mechanisms to maximize the safety of the battery.
